Our record shows that the drive LAGTXXXX was shipped to Taiwan distributor Weikeng on 2-Sep-2014, warranty of this drive expires on 2-Sep-2017. By default the warranty of a drive starts when the drive is sold and shipped to the authorised distributor. If you have a purchase invoice (Proof Of Purchase) that shows you purchased the drive at a reasonable later date, we can use the invoice date + warranty period to grant you a warranty replacement claim when you want to claim warranty replacement for an out-of-warranty drive. You do not need to provide us the purchase invoice now, it is only required when you want to claim warranty replacement for a defective drive that is out of warranty. Please keep your purchase invoice in good condition, and/or keep a scan copy for your own record. 我們的系統使用硬碟出售並出貨至授權經銷商的日期來計算保修期。 如果終端用戶擁有購買發票證明用戶是在硬碟出貨後六,九個月內購買的硬碟,那麼我們可以使用發票日期+保修期來提供保修服務。 你不需要現在提供購買發票,購買發票是在當你想保修一個過保硬碟時才需要。 請保管您的購買憑證,或保留一個掃描副本為自己的紀錄。 Thank you.
